A stone house on Corfu is a long undertaking. Building it is the first chapter; keeping it well is every chapter after.
We are stonemasons. We cut and lay the stone, and when the work is done we hand the keys back. For everything that follows — the pool through summer, the garden, the housekeeping, the year-round maintenance — we point owners towards Ionian Blue Estate Care, a separate Corfu team whose craft is looking after homes rather than building them.
Two businesses, not one. We do not share staff or properties. What we share is a standard: a house cut by hand deserves to be kept by hand.

We cut and lay locally quarried stone by hand — new villas, retaining walls, terraces, and the careful restoration of Venetian-era work in breathable lime mortar.
Live in it
The house comes alive. Seasons turn, family and guests come and go, and the stone settles into the landscape it was quarried from.
