A terraced hillside built almost entirely in warm honey-and-ochre rubble limestone, laid in irregular courses with battered wall faces and stepped stone caps. The walls terrace a steep site among mature olives and columnar cypress, and a large natural rock outcrop was left in place and built into one of the terraces.
The villa carries the same stone as full facade cladding, finished with arched openings and a terracotta dentil cornice along the roofline, with a limestone cliff and the sea behind.
Shot on our own site.
